A strategic consultancy firm in Malaysia is seeking a market operations professional to analyze trends and provide strategies for product launches. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least three years of relevant experience. Strong insights, resource coordination capabilities, and fluency in Chinese and English are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing product lifecycle, launching competitive portfolios, and ensuring commercial success across the Southeast Asia region.
Analyze market trends and competitive changes independently, and provide clear market strategy suggestions.
Plan competitive product portfolios for different countries based on local market conditions and the development stage of vivo.
Lead GTM work for assigned products. Support each country with 4P product launch planning, focusing on building and executing effective launch strategies.
Monitor product lifecycle and adjust strategies to ensure strong market performance.
Monitor sales and competition closely, give timely adjustment plans, and ensure the commercial success of the products.
Bachelor’s degree or above in any major.
At least 3 years of market operations experience. Understanding of sales management is preferred. Knowledge of mobile products or integrated product marketing is an advantage. Experience in Chinese companies is preferred.
Strong market insight, resource coordination ability, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and strong cross-functional and project management abilities.
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English to liaise with key stakeholders.
Willing to travel within the Southeast Asia region.
