What You’ll Do

Design Execution (Digital + Print)

  • Event and conference assets (booth graphics, banners, signage)
  • Presentations and executive‑facing decks
  • Social and digital campaign assets, web graphics, email visuals
  • Prepare production‑ready files for print (bleeds, color profiles, packaging) and optimized outputs for digital (formats, sizing, compression).

Brand Stewardship & Quality Control

Apply and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.

Elevate design quality through strong typography, layout, composition, and image treatment.

Uphold an extremely high standard of accuracy, especially important in life‑science contexts where clarity and precision matter.

Stakeholder Partnership

Translate creative direction and business needs into clear, well‑executed deliverables.

Work quickly and transparently with internal partners to align timelines, requirements, and approvals.

Maintain version control and organized file structures so work is easy to review, update, and reuse.

You strengthen the team by improving templates, file hygiene, production readiness, and overall speed‑to‑quality.

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in‑house, agency, or mixed).
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (advanced, daily‑use level).
  • Strong capability working across both print and digital mediums.
  • Solid design fundamentals: typography, layout systems, color, hierarchy, and composition.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience creating or maintaining brand systems, templates, and production‑ready files.
  • Prior work supporting regulated or technical industries (life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience designing for global audiences and multi‑region localization is an advantage.
