Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual content for digital, print, and advertising materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create graphics, banners, layouts, and simple animations for marketing campaigns.
• Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube using provided footage or stock materials (no video shooting required).
• Add subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics to enhance clarity and engagement.
• Ensure video content is on‑brand and optimized for social media performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Performance teams to develop campaign visuals and video assets, including multiple versions for A/B testing.
• Manage multiple projects, organize files, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
• Stay updated on design and video trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with other design tools is an advantage.
• Video editing skills using CapCut / 剪映 / Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects for short‑form and social media content.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and basic motion design principles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for communicating with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while taking ownership of projects.
• Portfolio submission required, showcasing relevant design and video editing work.
