About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications across our SaaS ecosystem. You will play a key role in solution architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring developers across backend and frontend domains.

You will also contribute to our long-term technical strategy, ensuring seamless system integration and innovation in line with our mission to simplify technology for businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and interfaces across backend and frontend systems.

• Database Optimization: Oversee schema design, indexing, and performance tuning (MySQL / NoSQL).

• Frontend Implementation: Develop responsive and dynamic UIs using React, Vue, or Next.js.

• Integration: Implement third‑party API and internal system integrations.

• Testing & QA: Lead automated testing for both backend and frontend; ensure QA standards and code coverage are met.

• Security & Compliance: Maintain secure coding practices in line with ISMS standards.

• Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

• Documentation: Maintain clear, up‑to‑date technical documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing Daily

• Architect and deliver robust full‑stack solutions using Laravel / PHP and React / Vue / Next.js.

• Lead by example with clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth CI/CD deployments.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with UI/UX, product, and DevOps teams.

• Analyze and optimize system performance across the stack.

• Keep up with the latest frameworks, tools, and coding practices.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on full stack development experience.

• Proficiency in Laravel / PHP, React / Vue / Next.js, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with GitFlow, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments.

• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and mentoring skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
