A leading financial technology firm is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance, at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and BI tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial strategies and provide insights for strategic initiatives. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential in this dynamic role.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Support FP&A Lead with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Build and maintain financial models, perform scenario analyses, and assist with management reports for executive leadership.
Business Partnering & Cross-functional Collaboration: Assist the budgeting process for the front office by collaborating closely with the Business Analysts and business stakeholders to optimise spendings and improve ROI.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Tech) to monitor performance versus KPIs and address their financial needs.
Provide financial insights to help shape business strategies as Bitget grows.
Management Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and present financial dashboards, board materials, and analytical reports.
Assist with finance data management, including collection, consolidation, validation, and ensuring data integrity across financial systems and reports.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reporting systems, metrics, and financial processes.
Ad-hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects: Conduct financial analysis on new products, revenue streams, and partnership opportunities, including ROI, user growth modeling, and margin analysis.
Support board decks, investment evaluations and other strategic initiatives as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or other high-growth technology environments.
Track record of working in MNCs or organizations that have undergone significant corporate events, such as M&A or IPO preparation, is highly valued.
Preferably brings experience from both a Big 4 accounting firm and a commercial (in-house) FP&A or finance role.
Demonstrated expertise in financial and operational data management, including the collection, cleansing, and validation of large and complex data sets.
Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Hands‑on, willing to be involved in ground work and detailed execution as needed.
