Job description

Lead end-to-end product development: concept, formulation, trials, and commercialization.

Collaborate with Marketing & Production to align products with consumer trends and operational capabilities.

Apply knowledge of food processing techniques: IQF, marination, tumbling, breading, portioning, glazing, MAP.

Plan and execute shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and stability tests.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, Halal, FDA, and EU food safety standards.

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and mentor junior R&D team members.

Analyze trial results, cost models, and production data to improve formulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in food product development (seafood experience a plus).

Knowledge of shelf-life studies, sensory evaluation, and product stability.

Strong leadership, project management, and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with food safety certifications and regulations.

Data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about food innovation.
