• Minimum of 5 years in production management within food manufacturing or central kitchen.
• Experience overseeing multi-shift or high-volume production lines in retail/FMCG settings.
• Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly Process Centre Operations.
• Direct and coordinate total production function maximizing output and quality.
• Fulfill internal and external customer satisfaction to achieve KPIs.
• Control and manage budget for optimal resource utilization.
