Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in a high mix and high volume manufacturing environment.
• Exhibit strong sense of analytical skills with hands-on attitude.
• Experience in supervising and leading a team of process personnel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sustaining & improving the Die Attach / Wire Bond Process.
• Monitor and maintain Assembly yield within KPI targets.
• Initiate process improvements by evaluating test/yield data.
