The Team

The role involves managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information that supports business decision-making.

How you will contribute
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP.
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (tax, GST/VAT, corporate filings, etc.).
    • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
  • General Accounting
    • Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
    • Monitor accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
    • Provide variance analysis and financial insights to management.
  • Controls & Governance
    • Implement and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Support risk management initiatives and process improvements.
  • Business Support
    • Work closely with business units to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
    • Support ad-hoc projects such as system implementations, cost optimization, and M&A due diligence.
Qualifications
  • Overall 7-8 years post qualification experience (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in audit preferably in BIG 4 firms, corporate finance, or industry accounting. Service / consulting industry candidate preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
