Key Responsibilities
  • Apply strong technical expertise in managing group consolidation accounts for a public listed company.
  • Deliver in-depth financial analysis and commentary on business unit and group performance to support management decisions.
  • Oversee taxation, banking, cash flow management and projections, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Lead comprehensive financial and operational analysis to optimize cost efficiency and provide clear recommendations to the Group CFO.
  • Review, enhance, and implement finance processes, internal controls, and policies to ensure consistency, robustness, and compliance across business units.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on internal audit findings, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable enhancements to SOPs and control environments.
  • Lead group tax planning and governance, managing tax risks, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with external advisors on complex matters.
  • Provide strategic oversight and performance analysis of the group’s investment portfolio and operating entities to support capital allocation and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, overseas subsidiaries, and external stakeholders including lawyers, company secretaries, auditors, tax advisors, and bankers.
  • Undertake special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in managerial or leadership roles; prior exposure to private limited companies or Big Four audit firms is preferred.
  • Demonstrates high integrity, analytical ability, and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with a strong results‑driven mindset.
  • Well‑versed in financial regulations and compliance requirements.
