Responsibilities
  • The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, establishing, maintaining, and overseeing the Company’s books of accounts, as well as leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Responsible for the Account Payable and Company’s staff claims section, Miscellaneous Account receivable and billings functions, treasuries functions, fixed asset ledger and credit card reimbursement monitoring.
  • Develops short- and long-term plans for Accounting Department, in line with the key business objectives and long-term plans of the Company.
  • Plans and prepares the Accounting Department annual operational and capital budgets for Management approval, in line with the set goals and objectives.
  • Manage, controls and monitors the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner in both the capital expenditure and operating expenses including SWB expenses and FTEs, and ensures they are in line with the set goals and objectives and within the relevant financial budgets, and at the same time recommends improvement opportunities whenever relevant.
  • Responsible for the development of policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the department.
  • Ensures that new business proposals / projects are implemented in the most professional manner.
  • Recommend process improvements where appropriate to improve the delivery of services.
  • Ensures that all deadlines for sections within the Accounting Department are duly met.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities within the department and maintains a maintenance and service log for each equipment.
  • Update General Ledger and ensure the integrity, validity, accuracy and completeness of the data key-in and interfaced to the system and the reports generated from the system.
  • Manage the Account Payables and ensure that Integra and all other company’s payments are accurate and on time and have been appropriately processed and approved following proper internal control procedures. Review the reports generated from the system for any corrective actions.
  • Do the monthly closing of accounting ledgers.
  • Generate the monthly reports from General Ledger and Accounts Payables system to ensure their completeness and accuracy.
  • Checks the accuracy of invoices for payments, and their outstanding balances are accurate and reflected adequately in the account and statements.
  • Responsible for managing the quarterly and annual stock takes at Integra and the rehab centres to ensure they are conducted according to approved procedures and guidelines.
  • Liaises with bank officers, vendors, tax authorities, Statistic Department and other government agency officers.
  • Ensures all requirements from the internal and external auditors are met.
  • Monitors the cash position of the Company to ensure the best utilization of available funds and highlights to the management whenever any potential loan facilities are required.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of fixed assets ledger and reviews and sets internal control procedures to ensure that the company’s assets are safeguards and standards adhere to.
Education
  • Degree in Accounting or other professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in finance, including hands‑on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Good interpersonal, supervisory and management skill.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skill.
