📋 Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Handle full set of accounts（AP/AR/GL/Bank Reconciliation/Journal Entries）
  负责全盘账务（应付/应收/总账/银行对账/会计分录）
• Prepare monthly financial reports（P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow）
  编制月度财务报表（损益表、资产负债表、现金流量表）
• Perform product costing, standard cost updates & variance analysis
  负责产品成本核算、标准成本更新及差异分析
• Monitor raw materials, WIP & finished goods inventory
  监控原材料、在制品与成品库存
• Work with production & warehouse on costing & efficiency analysis
  与生产及仓库合作，提供成本与效率分析
• Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
  管理月结、季结及年结流程
• Handle SST, tax documents & statutory payments（PCB/EPF/SOCSO/EIS）
  处理税务、SST 及法定缴纳（PCB/公积金/SOCSO/EIS）
• Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers & internal departments
  与审计、银行、供应商及内部团队沟通协调
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards & company policies
  确保会计处理符合财务准则与公司政策

🎓 Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields
  财务/会计本科及以上学历
• ACCA qualification is an advantage
  拥有 ACCA 资格者优先
• 3–5 years relevant experience
  具备 3–5 年相关经验
• Proficient in English & Mandarin（required）
  能熟练使用英文与华语（必需）
• Detail-oriented, responsible, able to meet deadlines
  做事细心负责，可按时完成任务
• Familiar with SAP / ERP systems
  熟悉 SAP / ERP 系统者优先
• Able to work independently & coordinate with other departments
  能独立完成工作，并具备良好跨部门沟通能力
