Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts for company.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and KPI reports.
  • Track tenant rental payments, sales performance, and profit-sharing where applicable.
  • Handle invoicing, payment schedules, and expense tracking.
  • Liaise with external accountants, tax agents, and banks.
  • Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue improvement.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, financial summaries, and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate with tenants, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks to ensure the CEO’s focus stays on high-impact activities.
