Job summary

A logistics company in Penang is seeking a Finance Executive to manage customer accounts and ensure billing accuracy. Responsibilities include monitoring payments, preparing financial reports, and leading the finance team. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Accounting/Finance, have at least 5 years of experience in billings and collections, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with custom regulations is a plus. This role requires working on alternate Saturdays and having personal transport.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in accounts receivable, billings, collections, and credit control.
• Familiar with Custom regulation and SST.
• Willing to accept work on alternate Saturday and have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, monitoring and following up on payments.
• Collaborate with team for effective billing services.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and timely issuance.
• Solve billing disputes and ensure tax compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
