Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service technician role.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Able to perform moderate complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked products.
• Handles customer comments, requests and complaints.
• Completes Field Service Orders and Field Spare Parts Tickets.
