Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the operations and supporting departments to identify organizational training needs
  • Design, manage and deliver in-house training programmes for staff and executive levels, including soft-skill, orientation and ad-hoc programmes upon requests
  • Analyse, select and apply a variety of methodologies and technologies to address specific training/learning needs and assess training processes execution
  • Implement and monitor the training assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness in meeting organizational needs
  • Ensure training calendar, programmes, systems and policies are updated from time-to-time in line with continuous improvement endeavours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and facilitation OR teaching in a classroom environment
  • Certificate in CELTA/TESOL/ TEFL or other English Language teaching certifications
  • Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is preferred
  • Experience in designing, managing, delivering and evaluating training programme is essential
  • Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems) and eLearning platforms is an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English & Bahasa
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management, time management and organization skills
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
