Position Title

Senior Executive, Supplier Management (Maintenance Services & MRO)

Report To

Assistant Manager, Supplier Management (Maintenance Services & MRO)

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the execution of supplier relationship management plans, particularly for Maintenance Services & MRO vendors. The role supports the Manager to ensure suppliers meet the expected performance standards, as well as compliance and maintenance operation requirements.

Key Accountability

• Plan and execute supplier engagement activities, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. To work closely with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams to resolve supplier-related issues.
• Monitor supplier performance data, scorecards, and contract compliance records through regular and periodic assessments and/or audit. To conduct regular and periodic reporting on supplier performance to ensure adherence towards expected performance standards.
• Support procurement and contract teams in supplier negotiations, data analysis, and performance evaluations. To identify and propose key areas for cost and value optimization during the procurement processes.
• Identify and manage risks related to supplier compliance, performance, and operational impact. To prepare, monitor and report supplier contingency / risk-mitigations plans to reduce / avoid operational downtime.
• Identify and plan continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal stakeholders to promote process efficiency and optimization based on industry best practices and advancement.
• Any other related task as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification & Working Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Management.
• 2 years working experience in aviation procurement, supplier management, or logistics.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of contract management, as well as supplier performance and risk assessment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage supplier expectations.
