A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks a talented Senior Executive, Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Subang Selangor. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor and improve product quality.
• Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Analysing data and generating reports to track quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Providing training and guidance to production and operations staff on quality best practices.
• Staying up‑to‑date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and contributing to the development of quality‑focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficient in data analysis, problem‑solving, and root cause investigation.
