A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd' is seeking a talented Senior Executive, Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam - Subang Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you will be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor and improve product quality
• Conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address quality issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Analysing data and generating reports to track quality performance and drive continuous improvement
• Providing training and guidance to production and operations staff on quality best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and contributing to the development of quality-focused initiatives

What we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause investigation
