Senior Executive - Public Relation & Marketing

Represent company industry networking events coordination, dealing with clients, consultant on entertainment, conferences and exhibitions

Coordinate with HR department or any relevant department in the company event either internally or externally.

Built and maintain relationship with the key stakeholders to enhance company reputation

Handle client communication professionally, ensuring a positive image of the company

Strong communication skill to dealing with internal department on work arrangement.

Support CSR, community engagement, and sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate values.

Able to summary and manage issues or problems facing by company and take proper actions to protect company rights.

Able to face public announcement.

Marketing & Business Development

Identify and track tender or new business opportunities, bids and potential clients within the construction and properties development sectors. Including but not less than construction and other properties opportunities.

Strong communication and market sense with client and consultant

Assistant on pre-qualification documents preparations, proposal and presentations

Able to know how to do Bill of quantities (Subjective)

Able to manage social media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Company webpage and others.

Able to know how to do graphic design, video and posting.

Strong marketing knowledge on promote company image and profile.
