Senior Executive, Property Management Services

Overview

To oversee or assist superior to oversee the Property Management Services department for the building and its surrounding perimeter.

Responsibilities

• To establish and maintain good relationship with all in-house and external parties including the police force, Bomba and other authorities.
• To develop and maintain safety and security strategies as well as policies and procedures to protect the company's properties, tenants and customers.
• To conduct the investigations and liaise with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to the safety and security.
• To plan and administer emergency evacuation procedures.
• Coordinate the yearly building inspection with Bomba for Fire Certificate renewal.
• To brief, coordinate and supervise renovation works in owners’ lots and common areas.
• To supervise visitors/ contractors’ registration and movement in the building.
• To assist superior to carry out inspection on the condition of the common property.
• To attend to tenants/ customers’ feedback and rectified within the required timeframe.
• To liaise with contractors for repair or upgrading works in the lots or common areas that raised requisition work by Leasing Department or Operation.
