• Responsible for procurement’s local purchase and sourcing activities.
• Ensure procurement activities follow company procedures.
• Support the manager in central procurement process rollout.
• Coordinate activities such as shipping, receiving, and storing.
• Negotiate with local suppliers on price and delivery.

Job description

Responsible & support for the procurement’s local purchase/sourcing.

Ensuring the procurement activities are executed as per the company’s procurement procedure.

Assists and supportthe manager in the roll out of central procurement process with other departments.

Work with other departments to coordinate activities such as shipping, receiving, storing, picking, packing, and expediting goods.

Negotiating with local supplieron the price, delivery, payment termand services.

Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure a continuous supply of goods and services.

Plan and implement supply chain processes that include Inbounding, Purchase Order, Transfer Note.

Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.

Identifies supply and supplier issues. Analyses information to assess root cause, improvement and associated risk. Recommends and implements solutions.
