Senior Executive, Non-Technical Aftersales Training
Assist superior to develop annual training plan.
Responsibilities
- Assist superior to develop annual training plan.
- To create, conduct and update product training and Certification Training program for all the BYD non-technical Aftersales personnel within the Malaysia service network.
- Prepare and adaptation of suitable training materials and module from Principle to comply with Malaysia market.
- To efficiently manage training and related resources: handouts, flip charts, PowerPoint slides, whiteboard, tools & equipment, training aids, training room/facility and training vehicle.
- Plan and conduct assessment throughout BYD Malaysia service network.
- Ensure all training activities comply with Principle’s and Organization quality standard and health & safety requirements.
- Prepare all required paperwork including training report and form in organized and timely manner.
- Maintain training records and certification data for all non-technical Aftersales personnel within Malaysia service network.
- To monitor the staff development (Non-Technical Aftersales) and advise on the improvement plan to the management from time to time.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct superior and management team.
- To manage training invitation, catering arrangements and payment process.
- Others Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
- Provide non-technical training and certification training for non-technical personnel in service network thus increasing the job competencies and improve the quality of Aftersales.
- Increase the training courses and man-days to comply with the Principle’s and Organization target and requirement.
- Develop training programs in accordance with guideline given by Principle and Organization objectives.
- Assist superior to ensure the best Aftersales practices and processes are transferred effectively to participants.
- Assist superior to ensure new product training and information are delivered and distributed throughout the network.
- Assist superior to ensure all Non-Technical Aftersales personnel are trained and certified.
- Assist superior to ensure all reports and data are updated regularly and provided as of when required.
- Assist superior to manage and upkeep all Non-Technical Aftersales personnel data/ records.
- Assist superior to manage and upkeep of all department’s assets.
- Assist superior to manage department expenditure/ expenses.
Qualifications
Minimum - Diploma Automotive or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting non-technical related training in the automotive industry training.
