This role involves planning and supervising maintenance for outlets, developing training sessions for staff, and managing contractors. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in maintenance coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance and repair works for outlets in East Malaysia.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure outlets’ facilities, kitchen equipment, and utilities are well maintained and in safe working condition.
Manage contractors, service providers, and vendors — from quotations to job completion.
Support new store openings and renovation projects, ensuring technical and equipment readiness.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Compliance with HSE standards and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
