Senior Executive, Human Resources (Based in Kulim)

Objective: The primary purpose of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is to align the human resources function with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Accountabilities
  • HRBPs work closely with business leaders to ensure that HR strategies and practices support the company's objectives.
  • Talent Management: To attract, develop, retain, manage, and workforce planning. To ensure that the right person is at the right place.
  • Employee Relations Employee Engagement: Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflict and promote a culture of engagement, satisfaction, and harmony.
  • Change Management: Support in navigating the organizational changes by managing communication of the organization's goals and aligning with new direction.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: To analyse and measure human resource activities, workforce performance, and organizational outcomes.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that the company policy and practices communicated with all the staff. To create a positive, lawful, and ethical workplace.
  • Training & Development: To enhance the staff skills, knowledge, and competency to foster individual career growth.
