Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Actively manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for INTI Nilai campuses, from talent sourcing to new joiner onboarding.
  • Responsible for online advertisement including Jobstreet, telf.com, Career Page and others for INTI Nilai campuses hiring in order to find the best talent.
  • Managing the internal recruitment portal effectively.
  • Engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets.
  • Work collaboratively with other Campus Recruiters/HR Business Partners as well as Corporate HR to align processes and ways of working, and to share best practices.
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screening of candidates before profiling to hiring managers.
  • Provide the best experience possible to candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition journey.
  • Participate in external career fairs and activities to enhance INTI’s employer brand awareness.
  • Ensure that job descriptions have a consistent “look and feel” when advertised externally.
  • Responsible for coordination, facilitation and administrative duties related to talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews, including logistic arrangement.
  • Conduct and request required checks needed for candidate such as Background Criminal, Education, Reference and Personal Profiling.
  • Prepare Letter of Appointments, and other hiring documents for new employees.
  • Handle end-to-end Employment Pass (work visa) application & renewal process, including liaison with Agency and candidates on required documentation.
  • Ensure that employment visa quota from MDEC and ESD are sufficient for new and renewal application for expatriates.
  • Ensure that all relevant documents are submitted by new staff for teaching permit application.
  • Work closely with IT for new employees’ system access and devices, to ensure timely delivery on new employees’ first day of work.
  • Ensure that new employee feel welcome and valued on their reporting day by preparing the Welcome Signage.
  • Responsible to distribute Employee Handbook and Welcome Pack on their first day of work.
  • Provide a short briefing to all new employees on reporting day in order to help employees learn the company culture quickly.
  • Responsible to prepare New Hire Video for new staff and share it to all via announcement as part of their introduction to other staff.
  • New Employee Onboarding Program - schedule sessions, block participants’ and presenters’ calendars, arrange logistic and refreshments, print materials, compile participants’ feedback and prepare report, etc.
  • Create new joiner’s Personal File and ensure completeness of documents before handover to the HR Operations team.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition topics.
  • Support the execution of talent acquisition trainings for line managers.
  • Own items in the Talent Acquisition HR Strategy Roadmap to ensure consistent, high ratings are maintained for Nilai campuses’ TA strategies and processes.
  • Responsible for end to end internship hiring at INTI Campuses.

SUPPORT ROLES
HR Operations
Industrial Relations
  • Responsible for the preparation & checking of documents for disciplinary procedure which includes show cause, termination, suspension and follow up action.
  • Responsible for answering Industrial Relations / disciplinary related queries.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Update employees' personal files accurately and on timely manner.
  • Update MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) files accurately and timely for accreditation.
  • Ensure all HR information and documentation required for accreditation and audits are accurate and updated.
  • Ensure teaching permits and relevant records are compliant with MOHE requirements.
  • Track and update staff movement and contract staff list on timely manner.
  • Create and update on the process of appointment in the university accordingly to the Constitution and other requirements.
HR Reporting
  • Preparing reports as requested which include Group HR Hiring Report, Group Recruitment Analysis and any other reports that has been requested.
HR Business Partnering
  • Responsible to be HR Business Partner with few Faculty, Center or Department for better business efficiency.
Campus Operations
Internal Auditor & Task Force Team (ISO45001)
  • Participate as ISO OSHA Committee in order to look at the compliance of ISO 45001 in regards to issues relating to HR.
Employee Engagement
  • Participate and lead in HR related activities projects (e.g. employee engagement activities & employee recognition initiatives).
  • Responsible as Human Resource Business Partner to few faculties in order to have better engagement and communication.
  • Lead the internal performance group in INTI Campus for festival celebrations performance.
Head of Programme Onboarding Program
  • Responsible for Head of Program Onboarding Session Program for the HOPs to have a better understanding and be prepared for the role.
Emergency Response Team Squad
  • Responsible as part of Fire Fighting Squad under ERT Team for the University.
Student Engagement
  • Responsible to assist study tour student on the cultural dance class and part of club society advisor.
