Senior Executive, HR & Admin (Talent Management)
The HR & Administration Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment. This role also provides administrative support in employee onboarding, foreign worker permit matters, and HRD Corp related processes to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Talent Acquisition (45%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for interns, non-executive, fresh graduates, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Coordinate internship intake, placement, and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare new staff appointment documents, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding forms.
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements such as business cards, system access, and first-day logistics.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
HR Projects & Organisational Support (40%)
- Co‑lead the compilation of briefing notes for management and HR projects, including role overview and purpose, key challenges of the role, action plans and assignment scope.
- Assist in designing and updating organisational charts using Microsoft Visio (or similar tools).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, consolidate, and validate organisational and role‑related information.
- Ensure briefing materials are accurate, well‑structured, and presented in a professional format.
HR Operations & Adhoc Support (15%)
- Assist in liaising with relevant authorities, vendors, and external parties for HR administrative purposes when required.
- Support HR compliance, reporting, and claim documentation as part of ongoing HR operations.
- Perform ad‑hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration or organisation development is an advantage.
- Familiar with basic Malaysian employment practices.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to perform administrative and operational duties, including external errands when required.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
