Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance are implemented consistently, promoting best practices and a positive workplace culture.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, performance appraisals, and employee exit processes, including offer letters and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll, attendance, leaves, and statutory filings, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Drive employee engagement, conflict resolution, and welfare initiatives to foster a motivated and harmonious workforce.
• Support manpower planning, HR reporting, and collaboration with department heads on HR‑related matters.
• Oversee HR administration of facilities such as hostels, and security where applicable.
• Assist HR Manager in strategic HR initiatives nélkül projects, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
