Job description

Responsible for managing and overseeing the full accounts receivable (AR) function to ensure timely and accurate billing, collections, and revenue recognition.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including billing, invoicing, collections, and receipt postings.
  • Monitor accounts receivable ageing and coordinate with the credit control team to follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely collections and healthy cash flow.
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and resolve billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare AR reports, reconciliations, and schedules for month-end and year-end closing.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and accounting standards.
  • Liaise with customers on billing and payment matters.
  • Support audits by providing required AR documentation and explanations.
Job Requirements
  • At least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field or audit firm. Experience in Healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Highly committed and able to work independently within tight datelines.
  • Meticulous and adaptive to changes.
  • IT literacy is required for this position.
  • Experience in handling financial information system such as Dynamics 365 Business Central and hospital information system such as Origin HIS.
