Senior Executive/ Executive, Marketing Specialist
A. Marketing Campaigns & Project Branding
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for property launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral (brochures, banners, signage, video, scale models, etc).
- Ensure all branding materials comply with corporate identity and project branding guidelines.
- Work with creative agencies, designers, and vendors to develop marketing content and visuals.
- Assist with digital marketing activities including social media content, website updates, SEO/SEM coordination, and analytics reporting.
- Monitor online enquiries, comments, and brand mentions on social media and property portals.
- Upload and maintain project listings on portals such as PropertyGuru, EdgeProp, iProperty, etc.
C. Events, Launches & Sales Gallery Support
- Coordinate marketing events such as project launches, preview events, media briefings, sales events, and community engagement activities.
- Support setup, logistics, and on-ground execution of events at the Sales Gallery or off-site venues.
- Manage suppliers, event agencies, and promotional vendors to ensure smooth execution and cost efficiency.
D. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring
- Conduct basic market research on property trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, launches, and marketing strategies.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to support project planning and marketing decisions.
- Support the Sales team by ensuring accurate and timely handling of incoming leads from campaigns, portals, and walk-ins.
- Prepare lead reports and performance tracking for management review.
- Assist in CRM updates and monitoring of lead conversion progress.
F. Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Assist in preparing marketing budgets, campaign summaries, and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Project Development, Customer Experience, and Corporate Communications.
- Handle documentation, including Purchase Orders, quotations, invoices, and vendor agreements.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in property, agency, or relevant fields. Fresh Grad with keen property interest may also apply.
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Admin or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads.
- Skilled in writing engaging ad copy and analyzing campaign performance for data driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and problem-solve with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
