Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive for Human Resource & Admin. The role involves developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, and overseeing daily HR operations. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and have over 5 years of executive-level experience. Strong communication skills in Malay and English, along with the ability to work independently, are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, improve, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and onboarding.
  • Involve in daily operations of the HR function.
  • Manage annual appraisal exercises and compensation programs.
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
  • Coordinate HR functions of business divisions.

To develop, improve and implement applicable HR policies and procedures.

To manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, background checking, hiring and onboarding.

To involve in day to day operations of the HR function.

To manage the annual appraisal exercise and update the compensation and reward program.

To assess training needs and monitor training programs as well as relevant legal and compliance requirements.

To co-ordinate and monitor the HR function of the business divisions, including foreign workers related matters.

Administration

To manage the office administration function.

Serve as the contact point to external IT support.

General administration function of corporate services and affairs related matters.

To perform any other ad-hoc function as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (5 years and above) at an Executive level.

Good communication of Malay and English, and able to work independently.
