A leading equity firm in Petaling Jaya seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage campaigns and enhance online brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with 2-3 years of experience in SEO, social media, and web analytics. You will collaboratively develop strategies and optimize various digital platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management, and strong communication skills are crucial. Manage marketing campaigns and identify key marketing themes/activities that promote the products and services of the company to drive engagement and brand awareness.
A call for content will be issued to relevant departments to support these activities.
Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives.
Top-down approach - Develop monthly marketing calendars outlining strategic activities, relevant departments are responsible to provide content for marketing and media relations activities.
Bottom-up approach - Work with other departments to ensure smooth content delivery across social media platforms.
Implementing social media campaigns that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Establish and understand social media strategies and evaluate the return on investment (ROI).
To do the design work as task is given by the due date.
Planning, develop social media strategies and monitoring the ongoing company presence on across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company brand awareness.
Evaluating brands’ target customers to identify the social media channels that would provide the best opportunities for customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and implement improvements.
In charge of photo shooting and video shooting to produce various series of engaging photo and video ads for different social media platforms.
Being actively involved in SEO efforts, manage SEO and SEM strategies.
Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to improve search engine rankings.
Suggest and implement improvements in areas like SEO, social media, website design and development.
Performing SEO audits to identify various issues impacting clients’ search engine performance.
Improve business site’s Google ranking by adding new keywords, analysing and optimizing web pages such as Google keyword planner.
Optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and conversion rates, while considering the unique.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Set up, measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools such as, Google AdWords & Google Analytics, Web Trends etc. ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics to inform marketing strategies.
Generate and present detailed reports on website performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
Manage the Marketing & Communications SharePoint, Apex Securities Website to ensure it is up-to-date and effectively used as a resource by employees.
Oversee the creation and circulation of Apex News.
Manage and update press releases and press coverage sections.
Coordinate the information related to upcoming events and provide event updates.
Assist on ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an advantage.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Business.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, video shooting and editing.
Good understanding of social platforms and content formats.
Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically, creatively and work collaboratively and independently.
