We’re thrilled to be hiring a Senior Executive / Executive – Advertising & Promotions at Paradigm Mall PJ! This role is perfect for a passionate individual eager to drive impactful marketing campaigns, create buzz-worthy promotions and collaborate with tenants and business partners to boost the mall’s brand presence and revenue.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop, Promote and initiate marketing campaigns and strategic promotions with tenants and business partners.

Assist in planning and executing all advertising, events and promotional activities.

Responsible for the leasing of advertising and promotional for products promotion and advertisement space, create brand awareness to generate revenue.

Organize events and liaise with internal and external parties from conceptualization to completion to ensure smooth running of functions.

Maintain a good working relationship with tenants and business partners.

Plan and organize year-round events, to liaise with both internal & external parties from conceptualization to completion ensuring that the co-ordination of each event is smooth running

Perform ad-hoc duties as and when is required

Any other projects as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Minimum 2 years in advertising, promotions, or event management (preferably in retail or malls). Fresh graduated is encouraged to apply too!

Strong communication, creativity and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English & Malay, Mandarin is a plus point.

Energetic, proactive and a team player.
