Senior Executive, Events & Promotions (Pavilion Bukit Jalil)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive to support the execution of engaging mall events, promotions, and strategic partnerships. This role will play a key part in enhancing footfall, customer engagement, and brand presence through well-executed campaigns and collaborative efforts.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns through events and promotions aligned with the company’s objectives.

Coordinate and support the planning, logistics, and on-ground execution of events to ensure seamless delivery and engaging customer experiences.

Liaise with tenants, partners, vendors, and organizers to explore sponsorships, collaborations, and joint promotions that add value to campaigns.

Prepare event proposals, handle relevant paperwork, and ensure compliance with internal policies and brand guidelines.

Support in budget tracking, quotations, invoicing, and accurate documentation of event-related expenses.

Monitor and evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for future activations.

Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and provide timely updates and reporting to the Assistant Manager / Manager.

Provide guidance and coordination to interns or junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Event Management, or related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in events, promotions, or marketing, preferably in a retail or shopping mall environment.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems on the ground.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
