Job description

The Senior Executive, Digital Marketing will be the engine of our online lead generation and brand building efforts. This is a hands‑on, strategic role responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing campaigns across our property projects. The primary objective is to create a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team and build a powerful online presence that supports premium positioning for the Matrix Concept brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Lead Generation

Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy and calendar for all projects, aligned with sales targets.

Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating funds for maximum lead generation and ROI.

Plan and manage all paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn and other online property portals.

Create and optimize landing pages and ad copy for high conversion rates.

3. Content, SEO & Social Media

Develop a content plan (blog, website, buyer guides) to attract and educate potential buyers, improving our SEO.

Manage and grow our social media communities ie Facebook, Tik‑Tok, XHS, Wechat & etc, ensuring 100% compliance with the Group Brand Guide.

Optimize the company website for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic from buyers actively searching for properties in our locations.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance weekly/monthly via tools like Google Analytics and Post Digital Campaign Report.

Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality and refine targeting.
