Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role supports data-driven decision-making and ensures smooth product delivery by performing data analysis, API onboarding, and technical support. It uses Python, SQL, JMeter and EDA techniques to validate data and generate insights. The role leads client onboarding for CTOS B2B API, conducts Postman API testing, and provides Level 3 technical support to resolve complex issues. It also manages enhancements and UAT via Jira while consolidating data to design KPIs and deliver meaningful business insights. This role also automates data extraction and data conversion based on customized requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate expertise in interpreting credit reports and understanding how credit scores are generated based on individual credit data.
• Use Python (NumPy, Pandas) to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), connecting to SQL databases for data validation and analysis.
• Lead client engagement throughout the CTOS B2B API onboarding process, providing end-to-end support from UAT to production deployment, post production support and data behavioural understanding and interpretation based on clients business use‑case. Perform API testing using Postman to validate XML responses for the B2B Report Engine, ensuring accuracy across UAT and production environments. Perform bulk testing using programs like JMeter and Python for regression testing.
• Serve as an L3 Support Specialist, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Manage new requirements, enhancements, and issuer resolution via Jira; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production testing to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Consolidate data from multiple databases to design KPIs and deliver statistical insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data‑driven decisions.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Experience in data analysis using Python (NumPy, Pandas) and SQL for data validation and exploratory analysis.
• Experience supporting system onboarding, UAT testing, and production deployment.
• understanding of credit report structures, credit data attributes, and credit scoring logic. Knowledge of credit reporting agency domain, including credit data interpretation and credit score generation methodology.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and data manipulation for reporting and insights.
• Skilled in API testing using Postman, including validation of XML/JSON responses.
• Experienced with Jira or similar tools for enhancement management, issue tracking, and release cycles.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills, capable of handling escalated (L3) technical issues.
• Data analytical engine testing and debugging skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to lead client engagement during onboarding and deployment.
• Ability to consolidate and interpret data to design KPIs and provide meaningful business insights.
