Senior Executive, Company Secretary (Supervisor)
  1. Advise clients on statutory compliance, corporate structure, governance practices, and all related secretarial matters in accordance with relevant legislation and corporate governance frameworks.
  2. Manage a portfolio of local and international companies, handling all aspects of corporate secretarial work, including incorporation, changes in corporate structure, and company dissolution.
  3. Maintain and update statutory records, forms, returns, and notifications, ensuring all statutory reporting and filings are completed accurately and on time with the relevant authorities.
  4. Support and execute corporate secretarial functions, including drafting resolutions and other relevant documents, and filing with the appropriate authorities.
  5. Assist the Director in organizing and coordinating Board of Directors’ Meetings (BODMs), Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), ensuring full compliance with statutory obligations and procedural requirements.
  6. Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, and/or other government authorities on secretarial matters.
  7. Handle client onboarding and acceptance procedures, including KYC checks and compliance with required standards.
  8. Support business development efforts by attending to new client inquiries, preparing proposals, and assisting in onboarding processes.
  9. Maintain strong client relationships, manage client expectations, handle escalations, and ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  10. Lead, guide, and manage the corporate secretarial team, review team members’ work, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before submission.
  11. Provide leadership by fostering teamwork, collaboration, and alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
  12. Execute secretarial tasks when required, ensuring smooth operations while setting the standard for the team.
  13. Undertake any other related assignments, tasks, or responsibilities as directed by management.
