Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end reviews of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop optimized workflows using industry best practices and automation opportunities.
Process Review & Documentation
  • Review and update operations manuals, policies, and procedures to reflect current and improved processes.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, and aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead process re-engineering initiatives to achieve measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement redesigned processes and monitor adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with business units to gather requirements and validate proposed changes.
  • Act as a change agent to drive process improvement culture across the organization.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure redesigned processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent) preferred.
