Marketing Activities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute both traditional (offline) and digital (online) marketing activities, campaigns, and events to increase public awareness.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and create engaging content to promote services and activities.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Represent the nursing home at exhibitions, community fairs, and networking events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive testimonial and success story library, ensuring all content, including photos and video clips, is collected with proper consent for use across traditional and digital marketing channels.
Sales & Business Development
- Promote the nursing home’s services to hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and the community.
- Handle admission inquiries, provide information on services, and arrange facility tours for potential residents and families.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as doctors, social workers, and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and annual occupancy targets.
Customer Relations
- Provide excellent customer service to residents’ families and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with potential and existing clients.
- Support the operations team in enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Assist in organizing family engagement sessions, festive events, and open days.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management review.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on data and feedback.
Others
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior to support department/company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (experience in healthcare or aged care industry is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required. Ability to communicate in local dialects is an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
