A leading low-cost airline is seeking a Senior Executive / Executive for Partnerships, Demand Generation & Growth in Puchong, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will manage partner relationships, analyze data for insights, and execute marketing campaigns. We are looking for a proactive and versatile professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Executive, Partnerships, Demand Generation & Growth. This role blends client management, data-driven growth, and project execution. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling partners, analytical with numbers, creative in problem-solving, and comfortable getting hands‑on both in the office and on the ground.
You must thrive in a fast‑paced, high-performing culture, able to juggle multiple priorities, and stay composed under pressure while maintaining high standards of delivery.
Includes but not limited to:
Manage relationships with partners, ensuring clear communication, timely follow‑ups, and prompt email responses.
Represent AirAsia Ride professionally in meetings, discussions and negotiations.
Source and identify potential partners for new collaborations and business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations using Google Slides/ PowerPoint for pitches, reviews and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver commitments to partners.
Analyze booking, sales, and profitability data to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Google Sheets/ Excel.
Prepare reports on performance (sales, profits, ROI and costs) with basic understanding of accounting principles.
Translate data into actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing & demand generation campaigns end‑to‑end.
Create simple marketing assets and content using editing/design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Develop mind‑maps, SOPs, and workflows for efficient project execution.
Manage people and vendors to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
Be actively involved in on‑ground operations when required, ensuring quality execution.
Willing to work beyond office hours when required to ensure project and campaign success.
Must be based in Malaysia full‑time, working from our office in Puchong.
4-5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, demand generation, marketing or project management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/ Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, reporting)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Hands‑on knowledge of Google Slides/ PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
Familiarity with marketing campaign execution, performance tracking, and customer engagement.
Basic design/content creation capability (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, simple video editing).
Able to handle stressful environments, articulate clearly, and function effectively with ad‑hoc tasks.
Self‑starter with a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment with shifting priorities and rapid decision‑making.
Comfortable working in a high‑performing culture with performance‑based KPIs.
Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and the ability to pivot quickly in a startup or scale‑up setting.
Strong collaboration skills and an openness to feedback and experimentation.
Experience in B2B or B2C performance marketing, especially within tech or startup ecosystems, is a strong advantage.
A strong communicator who thrives in both boardroom discussions and on‑ground activations.
Analytical yet creative, with the ability to translate numbers into strategies.
Someone who takes ownership, delivers results, and works well with cross‑functional teams.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats, from partner management to reporting, from campaign planning to execution.
