Plant Maintenance supports plant operations to keep equipment reliable, safe, and available for production. The role troubleshoots breakdowns, supports preventive maintenance, and works with internal teams and vendors to reduce downtime and improve plant performance. Plant Maintenance ensures maintenance comply with safety, quality, and engineering standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure machinery reliability.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and support breakdown recovery.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing.
• Monitor equipment condition, breakdown trends, and spare parts usage.
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities.
• Ensure work follows safety, food safety, and engineering standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and basic technical documentation.
• Support improvement projects to reduce breakdowns and maintenance costs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
