This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Chief Executive Officer in a dynamic organization. As the Senior Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the CEO's leadership and driving organizational success through effective coordination, stakeholder management, and project support.

What you'll be doing?

Executive Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, arrange travel, and coordinate meetings to ensure smooth operations and maximize the CEO's effectiveness.

Board Liaison: Plan and coordinate Board meetings, prepare documentation, and act as a key point of contact between the Board and the organization.

Stakeholder Management: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through timely and professional communication.

Project Management: Lead special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Documentation: Create and manage high-quality reports, presentations, and official correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across departments to support organizational priorities and optimize performance.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in management or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles.

Professional Experience: 4-5 years of working experience in a similar role, with experience in a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG) or government agency being highly valued.
