Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Develop the next generation of SiC technologies
  • Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products
  • Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolSiC together with the process integration group
  • Closely collaborate with PSS production management, unit process and process integration engineers of FAB Villach
  • Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations
  • Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers
  • Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window
  • Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable. PhD graduate will be an advantage
  • Min. 3 years experience in technology development or process integration
  • Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics
  • Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments
  • Experience in project management as an advantage
  • Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
