Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Act as technical support for Technical Marketing team in Villach to create and validate products value proposition in customer systems during development projects
• Measure Infineon components in motor drives, battery management system and DCDC Power Conversion Applications, DCDC Buck Converters, Brick Converters for Telecom, SMPS for Servers/Telecom and Adapters
• Perform tests of leading-edge devices on specially designed boards to support the development and optimization of new technologies
• Carry out competitor benchmarking, organize and analyze data and generate test reports
• Contribute to peer reviews of internal development documents
• Contribute to regular exchange with PL team in Villach

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree from a university / university of applied sciences in Electrical Engineering or comparable
• 1-3 years proven hands on work experience in electrical engineering laboratory environment, including using lab equipment
• Profound knowledge of semiconductors, especially Power MOSFETs preferable.
• Experience in analysis of measurement data and presentation of results for internal and external stakeholders
• Capability to work independently
• Programming skills in C, C++, Visual Studio, Matlab, Altium designer
• MS Office skills
• Ideally some experience with design, assembly, test and debugging of discrete & analog power circuit boards
• Fluent English communication skills
