Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely, efficient, and smooth manufacturing processes.
• Track, analyze, and improve key production KPIs such as output, cycle time, quality, and downtime.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure products comply with standards for coating thickness, adhesion, curing, and mechanical tolerances.
• Streamline workflow, optimize layout, and manage manpower planning to boost productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
• Support troubleshooting of machinery, tooling, and process-related issues.
• Partner with engineering and R&D teams on new product industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, and regulatory compliance on the production floor.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, material usage records, and report any deviations or variances.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Background in oil & gas, corrosion protection, or industrial hardware industries is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of metal fabrication, surface treatment processes (e.g., PTFE, Xylan coatings), and hydraulic bolting tools is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely across departments such as engineering, QA, planning, and warehouse.
