Responsibilities

• Define, design, test, and release new electrical products using sound engineering principles.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
• Create and execute test plans to validate product safety, regulatory compliance, and quality.
• Design electrical and control systems for fluid applicators, fluid management systems, automation machines, and customer line control interfaces.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate designs into cohesive products.
• Work with operations to design for manufacturability and support prototype builds.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights and incorporate feedback into product designs.
• Plan and coordinate large projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Follow phase-gate processes and meet project milestones and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent; SolidWorks experience is a plus.
• Experience with sensors, measuring devices, control systems, and automation preferred.
• Familiarity with phase-gate processes and project management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
