Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in retail / e-commerce.
• Ability to perform basic data reporting and competitor analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in tight timelines.
• Adaptable, flexible, responsible and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock levels and system updates.
• Coordinate with warehouses on deliveries, returns, and stock issues.
• Perform monthly stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Activate and update product listings and monthly Sales Page.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer or content issues.
• Manage marketplace campaigns and social commerce activities.
• Update and optimise shop homepages, categories, and content via CMS.
• Handle customer enquiries across email, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
