Company Overview:

Our Client is in E-commerce / Distribution industry, currently they are expanding the team, looking for a Senior E-commerce Executive to take ownership of their online marketplace performance. This role focuses on campaign planning, platform ads, sales strategy and execution, rather than basic operations.

You will be responsible for growing sales across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, working closely with management and internal teams.

Job Descriptions:
  • Plan and execute monthly and mega campaigns (eg. 11.11, PayDay, Brand Day, etc)
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and platform submissions.
  • Optimize ads based on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and sales performances.
  • Optimize keywords, creatives, and budget allocation.
  • Own affiliate and live commerce strategies to drive incremental GMV.
  • Optimise commissions, live mechanics, and creator performance based on ROI.
  • Plan and execute lives aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Analyse performance and scale high-performing partners and formats through data insights.
  • Analyse store performance (traffic, conversion, AOV).
  • Identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs.
  • Propose improvements to listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Take ownership of assigned platforms and KPIs with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively identify issues and resolve them quickly.
  • Collaborate with design, ops, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on e-commerce experiences with Shopee and/or Lazada ads & campaigns.
  • Data driven and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Bonus: Experience in live operations / affiliates or experience in supplements / FMCG / Beauty industry.
