The Videographer is responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content to support the organisation’s marketing, branding, events, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes
- Capture video footage for events, activities, interviews, and daily operations
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Edit videos using professional software to ensure high-quality visuals, sound, and storytelling
- Manage video equipment, lighting, audio, and camera setup
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Organise, store, and manage video files and archives
- Meet project deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently
- Stay updated on video trends, formats, and social media requirements
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio techniques
- Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual design
- Basic motion graphics skills are an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Broadcasting, or a related field
- Experience in corporate, education, or marketing video production
- Portfolio or showreel of previous video work
Senior Digital Marketer
Job Summary
The Senior Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and online engagement. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on expertise across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Plan, execute, and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and rankings
- Oversee content marketing strategies across websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms
- Prepare monthly reports, insights, and recommendations for management
- Lead and mentor junior digital marketing staff or agencies
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Proven experience managing paid ads and generating leads or conversions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
