Job Overview

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager at ibilik Group, you will take on a leadership role, overseeing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Your primary objective is to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation while providing clear strategic direction for the marketing team and the company’s overall growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Marketing Leadership

Develop, lead, and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, long‑term growth, and competitive positioning.

Identify opportunities, anticipate market trends, and align marketing campaigns with business goals.

Supervise, mentor, and empower a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking.

Lead and guide content creation and optimization across various platforms, ensuring all communications support the company’s strategic objectives.

Social Media Management

Oversee and expand the company’s social media presence across key platforms.

Ensure all social initiatives align with the brand strategy, enhance engagement, and strengthen brand positioning.

SEO/SEM Expertise

Drive SEO and SEM strategies with a forward‑thinking, analytical approach to enhance search visibility, traffic quality, and conversion performance.
